FootballTone is a free football team colors game. Pick a region, study a real club crest, then match the hidden color from memory. This is not a quiz where you name the team: the challenge is remembering its color.
Choose clubs from familiar football regions, select Normal, Easy, or Speed, then adjust hue, saturation, and brightness to rebuild the missing crest color. Play in your browser with no download or sign-up.

Study the crest rather than searching for the team name. The missing shade is the only answer that matters.
Move from colour family to intensity and brightness, then compare your swatch with the target after each round.
| Mode | Best for | What changes | Challenge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | Pure visual memory | No preview after the crest is hidden | Classic |
| Easy | Learning new club colours | A short preview and one hint | Guided |
| Speed | Quick football challenges | A timer pushes faster decisions | Fast |
Start with one region if you know its club crests well, or select several regions for a broader pool. The available regions are England, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Brazil, Turkey, Russia, Poland, and USA & Canada. The selection changes which crests can appear; it does not change the color-matching rules.
Normal is the standard memory round. Easy adds a short preview and one hint. Speed adds a timer. In every mode, the score is based on how closely your hue, saturation, and brightness match the target.
Each run has five crest-color rounds. After you submit a color, FootballTone shows your swatch beside the target and gives that round a score out of 100. Your final score is the average across all five rounds. Use the reveal to see whether the miss came from hue, saturation, or brightness before the next round.
The game begins with region choices, so you can control the club pool. A region may include clubs from the football cultures and competitions commonly associated with that country.
A high score means your hue, saturation, and brightness were close to the concealed crest color. It measures the color match, not knowledge of club names.
Yes. Return to the start screen after a run, change the selected regions or mode, and start another five-crest challenge.
